Developer/Support Technician                            (May 2003 – August 2003)

Waltham Public Schools



Developed a web-based helpdesk system.  System allowed users to enter problems

and staff to track and solve them.  System also provided reporting functionality

and a knowledge base system that could be built from problem solutions and via

uploading Microsoft Word documents.  Other tasks included software, hardware,

and wiring troubleshooting.



Support Technician                                      (June 2002 - August 2002)

Waltham Public Schools



Performed installation of Altiris management software and a variety of

troubleshooting and support tasks.  Wrote documentation on use of Altiris and

how to resolve various software issues with Windows 2000.



Technical Summer                                        (May 2001 - August 2001)

MITRE Corporation D520 eServices



Wrote software to show weather conditions for use on a variety of portals.

Started simple, ended with a 2-servlet RMI-based system.  Incorporated JMX and a

custom doclet for management. 



Technical Summer                                        (June 2000 - August 2000)

Worked on a web application for tracking Air Force projects and managers. Built

in ASP with an MS Access backend, converted to JSP.



Computer Skills:

Operating Systems: Windows (detailed knowledge), some experience with Unix and

relatives.

Languages: Strong knowledge of Java, C/C++, VBScript/VBA, JavaScript, and

HTML/CSS. Moderate knowledge of Python, Perl, PHP, XSLT, and C#.

Software: Excellent knowledge of standard office and development tools. Some
